  • Dr. Ionel Donca

    MD, MBA-HCA, FACP, FASN

    Dr. Donca is an experienced physician specializing in Hypertension and Kidney Disease, as well as Primary Care. Dr. Donca completed his Internal Medicine residency program at Huron Hospital - Cleveland Clinic. He then went on to complete his Nephrology and Hypertension Fellowship program at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. Dr. Donca is dual certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Donca is also a Fellow in the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology.

    Aside from his clinical background in nephrology and internal medicine, Dr. Donca also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, a Master of Health Care Administration (MHCA) degree, a graduate degree in Computer Science with training in information technology, and a pending Master of Legal Science degree. Over the course of his career, he has taught medical residents and nurse practitioners, volunteered in youth development programs through Rotary Club of Cleveland (including Values-In-Action), and has honed the art of communication and relationship building in his work with patients and healthcare providers.

  • Sarah Schatz

    MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

    Sarah is a Certified Nurse Practitioner at Great Lakes Care, Inc., with 12 years of experience in the medical field. She received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Fairmont State University in 2010. Sarah worked for a year as a nurse on an oncology/medical surgical floor in West Virginia before moving to Cleveland in 2011 to accept a position as an emergency room nurse. While she was working in the ER, she went back to school to pursue her Masters of Science degree from Chamberlain University. She received her MSN and became a board-certified family nurse practitioner in 2020. Sarah continued working in the ER until 2021 when she came to work at Great Lakes Care. Working along with Dr. Donca and the other practice staff, she will be providing medical care to assist patients in reaching and maintaining their optimal health.

  • Kelli Littlejohn

    DNP, FNP-C

    Dr. Littlejohn is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who has been in the medical field for 15 years. She graduated with her Associate of Science in Nursing from Bryant and Stratton College in 2012. After graduating, Dr. Littlejohn worked as a Registered Nurse in long-term care, with rehab and hospice patients for a year. She then went to work for a year at a long-term acute care hospital where she obtained many of her acute care skills. From there she worked at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital on a Medical Surgical telemetry unit. While she was there, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016. Dr. Littlejohn then transitioned to working in the Float Pool at Cleveland VA Medical Center. In this position she worked in several specialties such as Medical Surgical, Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Progressive Care Unit, Skilled Rehab, and Long-term Care. After 3 years of working as a nurse she was promoted to Assistant Nurse Manager. During this time, Dr. Littlejohn obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in December of 2022. She received the “Excellence in Scholarship and Service Award” for demonstrating exceptional ability in academic studies and clinical practicum while active in community service and leadership. Dr. Littlejohn worked at Hillcrest and Euclid Hospitals in Internal Medicine and Slovene Home in Geriatrics as a provider. She prides herself in providing quality care to help patients reach their full health potential. Her goal is to help decrease healthcare disparities and provide culturally competent care.

  • Lora DiMichele

    MSN, APRN, AGNP-C

    Lora is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with 7 years of experience in the medical field. She received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Lakeland Community College in 2016. Her work experience includes: 7 years on a cardiovascular floor, 1 year as an ICU nurse, and a clinical instructor for 2 years teaching nursing students. In 2018, Lora received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Akron. She received her Masters of Science from Ursuline College and became a board certified adult gerontology nurse practitioner in 2023.
